Do you have an injury or are you recovering from a surgery? Solo Pilates sessions are the best way for you to get started. We specialize in adaptive Pilates. That means that we meet you where you are. You will learn Pilates from the very beginning with one of our certified Pilates teachers.
You may also take duet sessions with a friend or family member!

Have you already taken equipment or mat Pilates classes and you love it? Then you are invited to sign up for our virtual group Pilates classes.
I am out of shape, can I still do Pilates?
YES! Each student completes a health history form and we consult you during your first appointment. You will set goals and ask any questions you may have. You will move during your first session, but we will go slowly and teach you Pilates from the very beginning. We will move at a safe pace in a lesson that is specifically designed for you!
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Wear comfortable work out clothing. No socks is preferred. If you need to wear socks, then please wear socks that have sticky material on the bottoms.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO PILATES?
1-2 times per week is optimal. You are welcome to come more than twice per week.
I am over 60 years old. Can I do Pilates?
YES!!!! Pilates is the ideal method of movement for every kind of body at any age. Children are welcome to solo sessions. We welcome pre crawling babies all the way up to 100 years old. Several of our students are over 75.
