Owner, Certified Pilates Teacher
Since 1999, it has been Kim's honor to teach people of all ages with varying life stories. From traveling to student's homes who are wheelchair bound or in post surgery recovery, to teaching Serene, a young child with a brain stem tumor, Pilates, dance, and movement, Kim is much more invested in teaching students how to be at home in their own body rather than teaching typical fitness routines. Twenty years later, her mission has grown into New Movement and Eagan Pilates with six instructors all equally caring and dedicated to teaching their students to simply move and feel better. Transforming lives with New Movement.
Her latest passions are downhill ski racing and teaching adaptive Pilates and movement to students with neurological conditions.
