Since 1999, it has been Kim's honor to teach people of all ages with varying life stories. From traveling to student's homes who are wheelchair bound or in post surgery recovery, to teaching Serene, a young child with a brain stem tumor, Pilates, dance, and movement, Kim is much more invested in teaching students how to be at home in their own body rather than teaching typical fitness routines. Twenty years later, her mission has grown into New Movement and Eagan Pilates with six instructors all equally caring and dedicated to teaching their students to simply move and feel better. Her latest passions are downhill ski racing and teaching adaptive Pilates and movement to students with neurological conditions.
STOTT Certified Pilates Teacher
Jennifer spent twenty years working in the non-profit and health care sectors before making a career change to become a Pilates instructor. After experiencing first hand the life changing effects of the Stott Pilates® method, she completed the Stott Comprehensive Mat and Reformer program in 2016 and became a Stott Pilates® Certified – Level 1 instructor in 2017. In her seven years of practice, she has experienced the power of Pilates to improve alignment, posture, strength, flexibility and address chronic pain. As an instructor, Jennifer approaches each client as an individual - participating in setting joint goals and designing workouts to address what each unique body needs. Jennifer appreciates the technical components of Pilates balanced with the ability to get fit while having fun. Jennifer truly believes Pilates can be an essential component of life long wellness.

Lizzette fell in love with Pilates while earning her BFA in dance from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017. Quickly after graduating she moved to Minneapolis, MN and joined Ananya Dance Theatre where she is currently dancing. Fascinated with how Pilates created space for her to dig deeper into mindful and restorative movement, she aims help others live their life pain free in all movement while creating strong minds and bodies. She loves using the Pilates method as a pathway to transform people’s mind-body connection and hopes to create an upbeat atmosphere, while also valuing the importance of personal connection to each individual that she crosses paths with. Lizzette holds certifications through Balanced Body Pilates and is working on her comprehensive certification.
