GROUP PILATES CLASSES

Classes are 55 minutes.


Classes offered via Zoom.  


Please wear comfortable clothing.  Preferably, no socks.

If you wear socks, please make sure they are non slip.  


PROPS: exercise or yoga mat, hand towel, theraband or exercise band, 1/2 or full foam roller, small squishy ball, yoga block.
